Miss. Rosemarie's Tea Room with my Staff Ladies Lunch Crazies! This was our last lunch together; we made it special! Back in October, we decided we wanted to celebrate Christmas with each other at the Tea Room. Mushroom Ham Parmesan Quiche, Crab Crepes, Spring Salad and Chocolate Soup and Holiday Spice Tea. It's like Christmas in your mouth. The food and the company was just wonderful.
These ladies have a great sense of humor. Since I can't pack much to travel to South Africa, they made 'flat Stanley's' of themselves. Each lady was given a popsicle stick, a 'head' and the instructions to decorate. I got a great laugh out of their creativity and how they played our inside-jokes into their artwork. I can't wait to take pictures in Cape Town with these friends!

Surprises have been on every corner these past few days. These precious women secretly collected another love-offering for my journey to South Africa and presented this gift to me at our party. I've been trusting that God would provide the money for those frequent-unexpected costs that have come up, and He continues to provide through my friends and spiritual family at Shades Mountain. I continue to be overwhelmed at the interest and generosity in my journey to South Africa. God bless these amazing women of God! I'm honored to know them!
