Is Obama Scaling Back Bush's AIDS Initiative?

Time and CNN are now reporting what our friends in South Africa with Living Hope have known for months- the PEPfAR program is losing funding and the AIDS pandemic isn't getting the attention it once had in the Bush administration. Not only that, but the political slant is that the US economy is to blame, but Living Hope, South Africa knows that it's a conflict of interest in faith-based funding and the US Government. Funding is being dropped to organizations that teach teach abstinence and prevention- Biblical concepts.

Praying for eyes to be opened and people to step up and take care of 'the least of these.'
