recouping

The Shades Mountain University Ministries Team was AWESOME! I loved having them here in South Africa - working with the people I love and have been called to serve; however, I'm feeling the effects of a long 10 days of ministry and socializing with Americans- physical and emotional recouping needed. The lack of sleep and emotional exhaustion was all worth it though. To have familiar faces and people that you can feel the comfort of 'history' with was so nice.
Ministry in Capricorn has been trying these last few days. The children have had a lot of 'unfamiliar faces' and teams in and out of their lives- which throws of discipline, routine and expectations. Our Living Hope Life Skills Staff is worn out and are in desperate need of the Lord to give us strength for these last few days as we wrap up 4 weeks of Holiday Clubs. I truly believe seeds have been planted and Jesus' story has been spoken about, but the fruit and harvest is yet to be seen. We must patiently wait.
I have GREAT stories about our Capricorn Church, the Shades Mountain Team's ministry, and some personal weekend adventures I've been on recently. I'll write again very soon. Please keep Capricorn in your prayers!
