Our Youth need Christian friends and the strength of united fellow Believers. So, our Youth joined forces with another local church in Capricorn for a Youth Mixer! We had all sorts of get-to-know-you games and even broke up into small groups so that they could be encouraged and challenged by one another. We had coffee and donuts, sang in Worship, and were blessed by Meagan's message of Daniel's walk with God in a foreign land as compared to our walk in Capricorn (also a sinful, idol-worshiping, tempting place).
Pray for our Youth as they seek to flee from the temptation of detrimental friends, influences, and addictions and run to a walk with Christ. Pray for Godly youth to be bold and counter-cultural in such a hard place as Capricorn.
