South African Easter Tradition : Pickled Fish.
My dear, old friend Maggie came over and made Pickled Fish with me.
ingredients: Pickled Fish packet of spices, sugar, oil, vinegar, curry powder, salt |
Kabeljou fish |
Recipe on back of spice box + fish floured and spiced |
Maggie frying |
spices mulling with onion and green pepper |
almost done ... pour spice onion mixture over fish and let sit for DAYS in the frig |
Finished product + sliced bread with butter! |
