Discovering our SHAPE

As we move toward "membership" in our church-plant, we're doing a series on what it means to be part of The Church.

This week, we did a test to find out our service-SHAPE. This included discovering how we're Divinely Designed with:

Spiritual Gifts
Heart passions
Abilities
Personal Style
Experiences

While taking such a test in a large group with various "home languages" was challenging, this experience proved valuable for our staff. We learned a lot about our people and how they're wired! We bonded this night - helping each other figure out this map of who we are!

Pray for us as we follow-up individually with our soon-to-be-memebers. We want to make sure everyone understands how God made them and how they can serve! This is going to be a big task but I'm excited for what's ahead!
