There's a huge wildfire on the mountain in our little town, Muizenberg. Cape winds are not helping this disaster.
My home location seems to be safe for now. All of us in the area are on watch and ready to evacuate if needed. While the flames are most likely not going to hit my house, the huge clouds of smoke and flying ash are causing many to become sick and have breathing problems.
Pray that the fire dies.
Pray for the fire-fighters that are working so hard.
Pray for safety of those who are in the fire's path.
