South African Easter Tradition : Pickled Fish.
My dear, old friend Maggie came over and made Pickled Fish with me.

| ingredients: Pickled Fish packet of spices, sugar, oil, vinegar, curry powder, salt |

| Kabeljou fish |
 |
| Recipe on back of spice box + fish floured and spiced |
 |
| Maggie frying |
 |
| spices mulling with onion and green pepper |
 |
| almost done ... pour spice onion mixture over fish and let sit for DAYS in the frig |
 |
| Finished product + sliced bread with butter! |
