It's officially summer here in South Africa!
The summer fruits are on sale and the weather is HOT.
One recent Saturday morning, I used an American muffin mix (brought over by a Shades Mountain Team) to make fresh banana-nut muffins for a special treat! I'm so thankful for my 'American stash' of mixes and goods. When I'm missing home, I break out an American gift and enjoy home.
