First Youth Girls Small Group of 2013

Its been quite the journey with these girls the last 3 years. We've tried Small Groups before, but the interest hasn't been wide. We began the group a bit later in the year (I can't believe its already march) in order to get other church and youth items up and running first. So, we're finally kicked-off for 2013 and excited to see what happens.

This year, we targeted girls that need accountability and support. We specifically asked them to be part of this group and Bible Study! We know we risk some dropping out because these aspects of spiritual growth are hard, but we see the need for deep, Discipleship in this group and we'll try to walk this journey with them!

We're studying the idea that we are God's daughters: valuable, worthy, favored, loved. This concept to many of our us girls is hard to grasp. We hope to build their true identity in Christ and expand their view of their worth. This could be quite the task!
