... a South African - winter Christmas
The third-annual Christmas in June was a success! With an extra 3 Americans in the mix, we showed our South African sisters what it feels like to celebrate Jesus during the chilly, snuggly, winter weather. Each year the party grows larger. What started out as a room-mate event grew to many American visitors and now adding our precious Youth Gals!
With events like stringing popcorn, decorating cookies, watching a movie, and reading the Christmas Story from the book of Luke (and a children's story Bible), our day was full of Christmas cheer.
Thankful for sharing life with my South African youth!
