It's been a full 9 weeks. Our American Interns concluded their ministry on Sunday and were given a great send-off by our church. The Interns served Communion/Lord's Supper and our Leadership prayed over their next chapters.
Intern's Farewell Dinner was Sunday night. All the leadership of Capricorn Community Church came to our Intern's Mexican Fiesta and shared a delicious meal together. [Yes, Muizenberg officially has a Mexican Restaurant ... God's Blessing is truly upon us now!] The night was so fun as we shared stories and celebrated life and ministry! The most amazing part of the evening was the realization that over 50% of the church leadership had NEVER eaten Mexican food. Never. In their entire lives. Bizarre, right?! So, the night was full of surprises and new experiences! Lots of memories were made.
THANKFUL for these last 9 weeks. God has taught us ALL a lot through this Internship. I'm looking forward to these girls being ministers in their communities back home.

We're really going to miss these gals. Farewell sweet girls and may God's grace be with you as you continue to serve Him all your days.
