Art Class Respect!

While working in my office at school, one of my students (with a group of her friends by her side) yelled through the window at break time,

"Hello teacher Melanie."

I smiled and waved but went back to my work.

I then heard this dialogue outside the window:

"Is she strict?"

"Nah. You just can't mess around in her class!"

I smiled and acted as if I heard nothing. Yet in my heart I was smiling and celebrating my "don't mess around" reputation in this tough township!

I love how God builds you for your specific mission. I was made for Capricorn!
